With a dedicated team of 17 passionate animal experts, Well Bred Apes has become a trusted name in animal care and conservation in the Midwest. From keepers and veterinarians to enrichment specialists, our staff works tirelessly to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of each resident under our care.
Our Residents
Our park is home to a diverse collection of extraordinary species each with its own story, personality, and charm. Visitors can encounter everything from playful macaques, gentle sloths, and lively tamarins to majestic giraffes, curious pandas, and powerful jaguars.
We also feature a world-class aviary, showcasing vibrant macaws, elegant cockatoos, and stunning toucans, alongside birds of prey such as the Peregrine Falcon and Eurasian Eagle Owl.
And for those who love the extraordinary don’t miss our Albino Alligator or Dwarf Crocodile, rare creatures that captivate visitors of all ages.
Adoption & Care
